I have added three of the dishes here: there are two more to add later when I have time.

For now we have:

Chicken and Peanuts - spicy and perfect with rice.

Tomato Salad - tomatoes and sugar.

Cucumbers and Garlic Salad - wonderfully yummy!!

We have:

Mapo Tofu - a very easy to make tofu and meat stirfry eaten with rice. This is a very popular dish in Japan and China.

We also have:

Nira Tamago - a VERY simple leek and egg stirfry that is very popular in our house.

I have also done some work on the Needs page. I have used as many photos as I can and hope you understand.
