reported.<br>

2006 was the year of the big talking about business and office projects, that
means that 2007 will be the year, when all these deals will be concluded,
according to Valeri Velchev- manager of Forton.<br>

He added, that at the present moment&nbsp; demand tangible exceeds supply and
