      <description><![CDATA[I guess I'm trying out this new blog news entry thing, so here goes.<br>

Forrest went to the doctor's today and received very good new. The halo
on his leg that you can see in a previous news update, will be coming
off on March 14. He should be able to pedal around on his bike in mid
April, but has to take it easy until the bone fully heals by June. So
no fastplants for him. Also, did you know that if you break your
fibula, doctors don't even put it back in place. Forrest will have a
broken fibula for the rest of his life.<br>
